Originally touted as an elixer, Moxie was first introduced in 1876 in pharmacies throughout New England and became the first ever soft drink and even outsold Coca Cola until the 1920s.

Since 1982, fans of the beverage Moxie have united annually in Lisbon Falls, ME for a bizarre tribute. The yearly festival regularly draws crowds of up to 30,000. (trailer only)
